Together with artists and designers from our city and the support of M4H, we introduce A Touch of Tenderness, as a response to the current polarised world. We joined forces with eight diverse Rotterdam designers and created limited-edition woven blankets, that will be on sale during our event at Brutus.

BOOSTING
CULTURE

In light of the profound changes in our society, the future casts an uncertain shadow over the cultural and creative sector. It is in this challenging and harsh period that we, as a Rotterdam-based design studio, dedicate ourselves with a gentle gesture. Together with artists and designers from our city and the support of M4H, we introduce A Touch of Tenderness, as a response to the current polarised world.

ROTTERDAM
DESIGN

We joined forces with eight diverse Rotterdam designers: Atelier van Lieshout, Gino Bud Hoiting, Lex Pott, Rabin Huissen, Richard Hutten, Studio Dumbar, Studio Spass, Team Thursday, and ourselves, studio de Ronners. Together, we design a collection of limited-edition wool blankets. These pieces will be produced in limited quantities and exhibited for sale during our event at Brutus.

WOVEN IN THE
NETHERLANDS

For each artist's design, we will produce limited-edition blankets. These pieces will be on display at Brutus and are for sale during and after the event. For this special project, we collaborated with weaver EE Exclusives, who produced these pieces beautifully with their impressive machines. Working only with the colours black, pink and white, the blankets form a unique collection that celebrates Dutch craftsmanship and Rotterdam creativity.
